Information you send
The contact form asks for your name, email, phone number, and message. The appointment form also asks for the player’s name, age, preferred program, preferred date, preferred time, and any notes you add.
How those forms work
This is a static website. The forms do not save your details in a database on this site. When you submit a valid form, your email app opens with the message addressed to rodispetspa@yahoo.com. The request is delivered only if you send that email.
How we use messages we receive
Email and phone calls are used to answer questions, confirm appointment requests, and talk about programs. The academy does not sell personal information.
Children
Training is for players ages 5 to 18. A parent or guardian should submit contact and appointment requests. Do not send medical details you are not comfortable sharing by email.
